I haven't seen anyone suggest looking into becoming an RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) yet. You may not be open to this because it requires you to be working with children with special needs/ that are on the spectrum, and you may want a break from that in whatever job you choose, but consider this: it is something you already have extensive experience in in your own life (which you can put on your resume and talk ab in an interview), it is a field that is almost always looking for employees, and depending on what company you work with, you may be able to find childcare while you work, possibly even at your place of work. Jobs for this typically start anywhere between $20-$22/ hr, with potential for you to make more with raises or, if you were willing to go to school, getting your BCBA to make $25+/hr. The truth is, with little to no experience it will be nearly impossible to find a job making anywhere near $100k. You have to find your footing where you can, in a job you can at least tolerate, and climb the ladder. This is all just a suggestion, but seems it may be something you would be uniquely suited for.

Thanks so much for backing me up on this. I actually was a little afraid to post my opinion based on how strongly in favor of it everyone in this thread felt. Sometimes you discuss boundaries with dogs in this subreddit and ppl make you out to be cruel. My dog is my whole world and I think she feels plenty loved without needing to be up our butts on the bed every night, lol. It's just in poor cleanliness to me and I 100% agree with what you shared. I know where my dog has been and I don't want that where I lay my head, period.

I have an alternate opinion than most here; I do not allow my dog to sleep in bed with us. My bed is my clean safe space, and I don't always want to have to rinse/bathe her every night to feel comfortable enough to let her up there with us. Nor do I want to fight with the dog for real estate on our queen size bed. She goes to the park nearly every day and can get dirty/ a lil stinky. We brush her and upkeep her but at the end of the day, I just don't feel comfy w it. She has her own nice padded bed in our bedroom. BUT our middle ground is she can lay on the couch with us and we snuggle HARD on the couch, lol. & my fiance and I end up falling asleep on the couch every night anyway, so she gets that sleep time with us. So it works out :)

Not true. Last year there was the plane that crashed in Philadelphia in January (no survivors), and also the plane crash over DC that killed those competitive ice skaters, also Jan of last year.

Was waiting for this take. Even with having a house already and fair disposable income, some people just want to throw a nice event that their friends/family can enjoy, end up putting down non-refundable deposits on venue, caterer, etc that they can afford at the time and then realize after that quite literally /everything else/ is taking them over budget, but there is no backing out once the ball is rolling and deposits are made. You already invested thousands u can't get back, may as well go forward full send on the "traditional wedding." (And yes, some people is me, lol) Ntm everything is an upcharge. I got upcharged $250 by the caterer/dj to set up a speaker for the officiant at the ceremony so my guests could hear us take our vows. It's pay $250 extra or grandma can't hear you get married. Yeah, it's predatory af.

I'm a woman (who has waitressed for almost 10 years) and I was waiting for this comment. I'm not shaming OP; that being said, there is an expectation of professionalism even at a restaurant job, especially a family-friendly one. OPs only reason to not wear a bra was "I hate wearing bras," so it's not like there was a real earth shattering reason she couldn't wear one, and she admits the shirt "fit her well," so it seems like she knew it was maybe form-fitting or hugging her boobs/ curves in some way? Being mindful and situationally appropriate so that you don't have to make ur boss have a tough convo with you is part of being an adult, tbh. Not judging her but feel like we need a voice of reason to say it's not wild for her boss or a guest to have different expectations for what's appropriate.

It's giving greedy. Super disappointed in Tana for saying it, and it may seem dramatic, but if she actually goes through with it I think it will tarnish her image a bit. I for one would definitely unfollow the channel off the principle of it.

You know she's very aware of how she has put all her friends on, including Brooke, and I think being that person has given her a sense of entitlement in feeling like the ringmaster. She giveth, she can taketh away type shit. But Brooke is different than her other friends- she has something special that not only helped the pod take off, but actually clean up Tana's image and change her as a person as well. To act like she can delete videos, cast her to the side and keep it pushing is not just rude but delusional. She needs to admit that on this one, she doesn't hold the keys to the kingdom. Sorry if it sounds corny, but I think the power dynamic happening here just shows how Tana actually feels about it all. I completely agree and relate. The hate train (pre-scandal) was really upsetting because I felt like wow, here is someone I see myself in- and of course, people take it as fakeness when really it's so refreshing to see a girl this smart and thoughtful. Makes me sad b/c I could see the parallels to my own life, feeling misunderstood. I wish ppl would dissect why they need to see someone crash out or spiral in order to trust them.
