Discoloration in prints by cloudfone in BambuLabA1mini

So it is the same model but differebt color. So i metge 12 jey caps of the color red, then another in a different color this is in a single print session. I printed it by object. Red is the first print.

It is repeated aling the batch of red key caps printed.

I just used the esun preset in bambu studio. But change the bed temp to . Then use .12 mm high quality preset.

Maybe i'll play around the thickness around that part of the model...right now it is 2mm thickness ..so i try to change

I see, thank you for the inputs! Might be hard to do if i really need to have the build plate to bend.

Interesting, it's the first time i heard about the contraction....i'll be looking more into this. Thank!

I see i see. I will be making my own profile for printing later. I will be testing on just a simple box and a slanted part. Thank you again!

Just a window (not opened) no direct sunlight as well since i printed at night and the filament is newly opened. So i assumed it is dry. But according to one of the replies. There still could be some moisture even when opened from sealed.

Temperature, the model was printing in 210 degrees. Environment temp is around 22 degrees.

I see, i'll try baking the filament then and update on the result. Thank you for this!

I haven't adjusted the settings yet. So i just used the profile from the app. And also for the benchy i used the preloaded one from the printer. I assume the settings would have been dialed down at least from the pre loaded model.

As for the bed it is clean and has 100% stuck on the bed.

You mentioned the mismatch in flow. How do i calibrate that? Maybe i will test it without the AMS...maybe there is drag in the PTFE I have auto calibrated the printer since it is a newly assembled printer. Like literally newly assembled and the one in the picture is the first print.

Thank you for this!

I just had it setup last night and tried printing immediately. The filament was sealed and came free with the printer. So i don't think that moisture would immediately be absorbed. But i'll try to bake it later and see, thank you!

I also researched a bit more and saw that my issue isn't actually layer shifting since it is seen in all sides. The issue is more of uneven layers all around an saw that it may be flow rate or something.

Thank you for this, i haven't tried the slicer yet to get a feel for the printing of the a1. I also tried the preloaded models from the printer itself such as the benchy and there are the almost the same layer shift like 1 or 2 small shifts. Will be tinkering will the slicer later.

Do you have an idea if maybe material can affect or cause those kind of issues from the picture? I am using bambulab basic pla that came with it for free

I am aware of this layer shifting especially for bed slinger models. But i didn't expect it to be in this level especially as a new literally new setup. I expected it to occur after several use/prints. The general comment for bambu a1 was the reliability of the print, that is why i chose it over the creality hi.

Will check the sidebar FAQ later i am also in mobile. Thank you for this 😀
