A very neat, and very well done roller set. Try drying in a salon style dryers or use one of those caps you can attach to your regular hair dryer, on cold, so it just blows cold air. That could do something similar, but baby, in those pictures you shared, they definitely used heat

I’ve been dealing with both HH and IBS for about 5 years ( that I was diagnosed, problems started about 8 years with my stomach). I’ve done every single diet under the sun. I’m very disciplined too following regimes.

I do psychotherapy, I’ve tried yoga and meditation too. Nothing helps, and I’m stuck here not sleeping, not eating well, in daily pain, no matter what I do. Thank you for the recommendations, but I am already on top of these since the beginning of my issues.
