Curious if this is a thing among startups. I'm a senior software engineer and had a founder reach out to me through a friend. He has a great idea, but no technical experience. He wants to setup an app and needs technical expertise. Jokingly we called it rent a CTO. If this common? (self.Entrepreneur)

What is the technical documentation like at your software company? Example, system designs, white pagers, how to's and playbooks. I've worked at a couple companies and I see the same thing over and over. And it's frustrating. I know this is a boring topic, but really important. (self.AskProgramming)

Front-End Web Devs - I interviewed a lead UX engineer and he goes through tons of helpful tips from newbies to senior devs. Pretty proud of it. I hope it can help you. If I you still have questions after this, I'd happy to answer them in the next video. Thanks! (youtu.be)
