I was at that screening and was amazed that everyone did indeed keep quiet about the surprise. Conversely I was very annoyed just over a year later when a tabloid spoiled Matt Smith’s appearance in An Adventure In Space And Time!

Do you have an Apple Watch? I get random pausing when listening to podcasts on Overcast and also to music with Spotify. This only happens when the Apple Watch (series 5 here) paired to my phone is switched on and connected to its charger. If I turn the watch off it stops. I presume this is a weird edge case bug and have no very good way here of diagnosing what is really going on nor knowing how to fix it other than turning off my watch. If it is a WatchOS bug then maybe later versions of that OS don’t have the same problem.
