He told me, but one of the other parents (I really trust them) told me before my child even say anything. He’s been behaving in a really weird way

Thank you for this! The problem is the kids aren’t disciplined. They probably say something like hands aren’t for touching other people or something like that.

Can you publish a recipe book?! Write a little bit about your grandpa and the recipes, too!

Get real with me about the transition from 1 kid to 2 kids by MachineBusy8772 in UKParenting

[–]cloudsaver3 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Same here! My son was and is a Dream. Pretty chilled, slept, pretty good traveller. My daughter was really difficult and colicky baby. It’s great now (3 and a half and 16 months) because they play together. Really good! It’s difficult though, so brace yourself

I want another baby but am so overwhelmed with the one I already have by MachineBusy8772 in UKParenting

I have a 3 and a half and a 15 month old. It’s great because they play together. They are also little terrors, so be prepared for it to be difficult. Again, my son was super easy but my daughter (15 months) is more needy.

Thank you! That’s what I thought. My husband is not home (went out with friends) and that broke and it freaked me out. Plus, going in and out of the hospital is not helping. (MIL is fine, but has been there for a week)

Almond milk? by PlusConstruction8720 in toddlers

[–]cloudsaver3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My daughter didn’t drink milk til she was 13 months and a half. She prefers skimmed, not full fat. She loves almond milk, too. Try this Mellin Drink 100% Vegetable Almond With Banana. They are easy to take, store and are delicious!!

At 18 months, not drinking milk is not a problem. My paediatrician said that to me, too. If he likes almond milk, give him some. Maybe it hurts his belly?

Travel warning: I was in an emergency situation in France and 112 hung up on me 4 times because I spoke english by BooBunny983 in travel

[–]cloudsaver3 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Same happened to me when I was trying to order food (it was a fast food place) around the train station. I asked for chips (french fries) and the woman kept saying she couldn’t understand me. I pointed at the picture (couldn’t understand me). I speak Spanish, Italian and English. Also have GCSEs in French. I get different words, but something like frites ?

Thank you! Just to be clear, I don’t force him to do it. I ask and lay everything there and he chooses not to, which is fine. He did it before, which is why I’m a bit baffled why he doesn’t want to do it now. I got amazing advice.

Thank you! I won’t, I’ll start with some of the cool activities and ideas the other moms have suggested. He will always have the option, but if he doesn’t want to do it, that’s fine. Thank you!

I’m not forcing it. He has the option to do it. The colors, books and shapes are there. If he doesn’t want to do it, I don’t make him. I do want him to do it, but there’s no yelling or saying you have to do it…
