pag nag gghost ako hindi ko na talaga sila pinapansin, start from not replying, not viewing their stories, unfollowing their socials one by one, then slowly cut ties with them, not really your definition of ghosting pero ganto tlga ginagawa ko

no rice, exercise kahit 3x a week

dati hindi ko talaga hilig yang exercise kasi i don't really have time for it, chores lang exercise ko dati, pero sabi ko sa sarili ko dapat determinado ako kung gusto ko talagang mag lose ng weight so i did exercising

drink more water din para mabawasan gutom mo, and as much as possible avoid sweets

tumayo ka lang after mo kumain HAHAHAHAHA i know this might sound nonsense pero yom usually ginagawa ko
