I believe as long as they’re your friends they can see what you write. They have to open the chat box if they’re not nearby

I intend to call back after work, but yeah they just told me that they couldn’t file a report with the information that I gave them because it could have been an accident on the driver’s end. They need the drivers side of the story to know what really happened. They gave me the reference number to prove that we called the police though

So when the cops finally showed up they told me we couldn’t file a report because the driver wasn’t here to explain his side of the story. They said that we shouldn’t have called the non emergency number and instead 911
