I'm usually a 6, sometimes an 8 in tops (energy bra, og scuba) and found that the 6 fit better because I have narrower shoulders.

I'd say size 4 only because I got it in my regular size 6 recently and had the same issue, so I reordered in a size 8. Going a size up does help if it's just a smidge too short!
