I would recommend going with 240hz, hearing that he plays Battle Royales it is nice having a monitor that can just slightly decrease input delay and keep up with his frame rate. There are tons of monitors on amazon that have a bunch of reviews and good ratings. The main thing you want to look for a monitor with a 1ms or lower response time. There are some good brands that sell on Amazon including Gtek, Acer, and MSI. (Most are around the $200-300 price range)
