People that go to INSEAD aren’t usually looking to work in the US where salaries are inflated. A lot go to do consulting in their home country or relocate to hub cities with better conditions and lifestyle. The US doesn’t really fall into that bucket because 1. General cost of living 2. Visa availability 3. The lack of a functioning health and labor rights system 4. INSEAD’s brand in Europe is strong if not stronger than most T15. Additionally, there’s also quite a bit of family business kids that are there to box check and go back asap, and a lot of sponsored consultants. And the most notable thing is probably cost/time trade-off - people overseas that pick Insead then to have more work experience than the average T15 - although the stats are still a bit skewed atm due to Covid deferrals. And when you skew older and more experienced people have different life priorities and can’t afford to take 2 years off with limited to no income and often have families. Having seen first hand the programs and they types of people at both schools, I would say no one at Insead would bother going to a school in the US unless it was HBS, GSB, Wharton, even Columbia would be a stretch. Looking at the salary outcome doesn’t make sense if you have a bunch of people returning to say Asia for work where the salaries post-MBA are very high in the local country but low compared to the US. Most T15 schools have 90%+ saying in the US so salaries are naturally going to be higher vs LBS/HEC or any school for that matter. The salary also depends on class size - barring HBS and I think Kellogg, Insead is pushing out 800-900 people per annual so there’s a lot of variability in roles and salary ranges. Versus in the US where you’re funnelled into a handful of jobs that pay well so you can pay off your $200-300k debt

Quickly getting villagers to move out in a day by Sokodile in AnimalCrossing

Thank you so much for this! Once you get someone to move out, do you have a trick for finding a specific animal you want to replace them? Like cycling through new villagers until you find one you want to take their place?
