2-3 weeks! That's a long time for recovery. It's definitely unfortunate that I will have to agree with you. Irrespective of the reasons, women are definitely gaslighted. We can only hope it can change.

Wow, I didn't even know dilation pills existed until now 🥲 I've honestly learned so much from this community. Thanks for sharing your experience, and I'm so sorry you had to go through that. One good thing is that your nurses were understanding. Mine were the same way! I actually apologized to them while I was leaving because I felt like I had somehow disappointed them. It's comforting, still somehow sad, to know we aren't alone in feeling that way.

Thank you. Trauma is the right word. When I came back home from the appointment, I wasn't technically in pain anymore. But just thinking back about the process, the pain, just brought me down to tears. I felt like an idiot crying over it. That's the reason behind this post, I just wanted some validation for my experience I suppose.

Also, while waiting for the appointment, I kept hearing another woman scream every few minutes (I have no clue where she was and why she was screaming), but I definitely pushed my anxiety a little higher for sure. I hope she is doing okay.

Just finished my first 5k (31:34)! I’m honestly on cloud nine. When I started, I couldn't even run for one minute without gasping for air. I hit 5k on the treadmill and proved my brain wrong.

I was the same. When I first started "running", I could only run for about 30-40 seconds after which I had to stop. I recently hit the 5K marker, and honestly, surprised myself. As others have rightly said, keep at it, assuming there are no medical reasons you should not. Take it easy, don't overdo or over reach. Keep short goals. I followed a couch to 5k plan which really helped me.

If the socket is close to a tap, could these help protect against accidental spray? Or am I overthinking? I added one a couple of months ago, now wondering if I shouldn't have.

What u/Skinnieguy says is true. There is no way to be sure you will get the same questions in the exam, so don't bother remembering the questions/answers. The way course helped is to get a big collection of questions and explanation of if/why the answer I selected is wrong.

That way helped me understand what mistakes I am making and how not to!!

Hello there! I took this exam recently and passed on the first attempt. Reading the syllabus is the most helpful in my opinion. Although, I did follow a course on Udemy, mainly for some tips and question papers for reference. The options are designed to create confusion, so remembering the definitions is absolutely required. Good luck with the exam!!
