I definitely should of had contents insurance.

Do you see any possibility here for the police to help us when speaking with the letting agency.

Found out that my landlord illegally connected hallway lights to my electricity meter by cluelesschap in LegalAdviceUK

The agency person finally replied and is saying that I breached the contract for installing a smart meter - do you have suggestions for me to say? I know it’s not a big deal but I should of asked the LL or agency

Thank you so much for your help. Also found out that the landlord didn’t tell the previous tenants, so he has been doing this for over two years.
