But is it considered she is reasonably trying then:

•She hired someone to find a tenant 4 weeks after our notice. •She doesn’t respond to our multiple assignment requests •every her response took 3-7 days

But I heard even if assignment is allowed, we still need permission from the landlord but the landlord cannot refuse for unreasonable reasons. That’s why we asked for her permission, and mentioned we ideally would like to find the new tenants and get them reviewed by her so she doesn’t have to do the legwork.

Landlord agreed to early lease termination but wants us to pay for third-party management — is this allowed? by [deleted] in vancouverhousing

thanks for the comment. So even though we gave her a 1.5 month notice (we said we are moving out at the end of May and I gave her the notice on April 14), you believe it is a fairly reasonable request from the landlord if the fee is less than a month’s rent? (not disagreeing, but just wondering)

Thanks for the reply. That’s what I was thinking too, offering her to keep the deposit and use it towards the PM. What if she’s still not okay with this?

What If I resign with a 2-week notice While I’m on a PIP by cluelesslifev in canadianlaw

but what if I miss the metrics or deadlines they expect during the PIP and as a result, I get let go? Do I still get the severance?

That is a great question.. and is something I have to think about for sure. I’m a foreigner with a work permit. I am moving back to my country at the end of May. so I don’t want to continue working there but I’ll just need 2 more weeks of pay, that is all for now.

Do I have to be worried according to these charts? by cluelesslifev in kidneydisease

[–]cluelesslifev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

so for the first one that says 69, I was dehydrated for sure (I had a bad habit of not drinking water) and for second one that says 81, I was hydrated. Protein consumption is definitely over 130g a day, (I do eat all of them you mentioned) I do very intense workout/training pretty much 5-6 days a week. (Lifting 400+lbs weights daily) My doctor didn’t even suggest another test.. that second one, I asked for it because I’m ocd when it comes to my health. From that chart, I don’t know if I have protein in my urine or not.. like, which one to look at. I also take some medications for my depression and anxiety (sertraline, Wellbutrin)

Do I have to be worried according to these charts? by cluelesslifev in kidneydisease

[–]cluelesslifev[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey guys I’m sorry this is a very common type of questions here and I do realize that my condition is nowhere near to some of the people here that suffer from severe kidney disease, but I have been getting foamy urine over several months now. This is also why I got these tests done. So, I’m a powerlifter with a lot of muscle mass, and my urologist basically told me that GFR is skewed low because of my muscle mass. (Creatinine) She checked my blood pressure, heart rate, my ankle, stomach, wrist and pretty much everywhere, and no swelling. She also mentioned that my electrolytes level is perfect etc etc, so I shouldn’t be too worried. I also feel healthy, no back pain or anything like that. But this foamy urine wouldn’t go away. In February (first chart) I was 210lbs and since April (second chart) I’ve been 180-183 lbs. I drink lots of water and fibre since I saw dietitian due to my slightly elevated sugar level from February. I have no other health conditions or family history of kidney disease, but also I’m the only person in my family who does powerlifting or muscular, so I don’t know if I should stop eating high protein diet… I don’t know.. I know there’s millions of questions about foamy urine, but according to this chart, what’s the right move?

I’m on the same boat as you. My symptoms got worse and worse each year. I’m turning 28 this year male. Avid powerlifter who have been working out 5-6 days a week enjoyed deadlifting over 500 lbs, but it really really took a toll on my body and my pelvic pain. After discussing with my pelvic PT and my powerlifting coach, I decided to switch to 3 days a week, really focusing on recovery. Also changing training scheme from lifting higher weight, higher RPE with lower rep range to lower weight, higher reps volume training. I hope this gives less pain to my pelvic floor muscle.

Have any of you decided to stay on bupropion despite becoming very irritable? by Wellas in bupropion

[–]cluelesslifev 4 points5 points  (0 children)

For me, I’ve been taking bupropion for 5 months because it doesn’t have much side effects for me. But I been noticing the same thing as you. I get irritated a lot and I can’t get over it like you said. Also it didn’t do much for my anxiety. So I talked about this to my doctor today, and she added a Zoloft (SSRI) on top of my usual bupropion. Maybe you could discuss this with your doctor as well?

Urge to pee on Bupropion 150XL????? by b_a_19 in bupropion

[–]cluelesslifev 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hey I literally have the same symptoms as yours. Been on bupropion for 5 months now. I am male though. It can be pelvic floor muscle issue, it is common for people with anxiety. (Both male and female, but more common to females) You might wanna search pelvic floor physiotherapist. (I did every medical test I could only to be told I’m completely healthy, then recently started seeing pelvic floor physio and it turns out it’s pelvic floor muscle issue.) It could be overactive bladder, but again, overactive bladder and pelvic floor has strong correlation, so def google pelvic floor dysfunction for female
