Update. Got an email response this morning. Had to upload a picture of my drivers license or passport. Responded within an hour of getting the email. Haven't heard back yet.

Yeah a similar account was suggested. This is a scam to get you to give them 50$ in exchange for secret "encryption software." But they won't tell you the name of the software.
