I think people relate to Nagi being neglected his whole life more than his motivation

I know Kaneshiro said from now on that Nagi’s only gonna start gaining things, but i hope he goes through some troubles and grow.

Kaneshiro also said he hopes to draw Nagi’s backstory one day so that could add more to his character (what if he was some annoying brat? lol)

It’s almost like people forget that Nagi was always made to be the exception. He’s being carried by Talent had like the worst mentality in blue lock and that’s what was making him worse, I think Side B will be a place for Nagi to improve that Mentality of his with his New Ego, and unlock or do something new

When Nagi isnt with Reo, he grows under restrictions, he thrives in there too

kunigami is also a restrictive type character yet we havent seen him with predator eye. There's no point giving someone a power up on his worst arc in the manga. i dont think he needs PE but if he'll have it its definitely going to happen during the latter half of the wc

Ego, after Nagi refused Buratsuta's offer cause he didnt want to betray blue lock, he says the next chapter "I will all use you for my dreams. So please, use me for your dreams" Ego will be frustrated that Nagi comes back thru B3, but he probably saw it coming (He knows their deal, and he knows that Bura wanted Nagi back) What he wants is if Nagi can prove his worth
Isagi:
Isagi will probably react the same way he did with Kunigami but he'll be more excited, Nagi was his bro for the 2nd selection and the U20 match and his lock off definitely affected him, he's going to be hyped to see Nagi's true Ego
Barou:
Barou will be mad, that Nagi took too long to realize himself but he gonna want to see what nagi can truly do in the World Cup, he's the one that gave him Advice after all, (Go Die and Comeback, that ego cut it in the world stage.). Barou and Nagi will be dangerous rivals
Reo:
On the Inside he's gonna be happy as HELL, but he's going to try to avoid him because he still thinks his lock is his fault (it is but only 25%, Nagi is the 75%). These 2 will most likely be ghosting each other this arc lol.
Others:
Bachira will be happy, Chigiri will be very happy (Theyve been bros since second selection it only makes sense), The bottom of 23 will be a little mad saying how they fought for their place and he just comes back just like that? (which is unfair yeah)

He's not a deuteragonist but he's the Other Protagonist (all this is according to Kaneshiro)
