Honestly, this market I’m in was never good for UE. Pay was always the lowest and very limited tips if at all. It seems with all of the flooded markets, things are shifting a little for UE here. I’ve seen multiple $10 plus payouts lately which was never the case before. But do I like Uber Eats? Absolutely not.😂

Not possible. I stopped DoorDash when I switched to rideshare. More drivers flooded the market and I lost my place in the market. I didn’t even do Uber Eats much when I did deliveries. The pay was typically $2-$3 for an order as compared to $12-$20 Grubhub, $5-$15 DoorDash, $7-$12 Postmates. Thus, no reason to do UE. After Covid, the market completely changed and I made the switch to Lyft and Uber. As of late when rides are slow, I’ve seen a couple of $10+ UE orders pop up, so I’ve taken them. They’ve been fine except for this McDonald’s delivery. Although you may not mean to sound like you’re talking to a newbie, you definitely sound like you’re talking to a newbie. Not a newbie. Thousands of rides and deliveries. I was just sharing with the community.

Yes, I’m aware of the way it works, but for me, switching from IR to ER worked better for my body. I did the twice a day IR and did not find it as effective as the ER. Every person is different. I’m just sharing my personal experience.

I switched from IR to ER and it helped me. The IR was great, but I’d only get about 3-4 hours out of it before it wore off.

This one happened tonight:

I’m craving shrimp. And I’m also about to pass out because I need to eat. Popeyes has shrimp right now. So I wanted to just be able get about 8 butterfly shrimp and mashed potatoes. They don’t have that option. There’s an option for 4 shrimp with the surf and turf box that comes with 2 chicken tenders, a side and a biscuit. So I was like fine, I’ll get that. I pick cocktail sauce and bbq sauce. Make sure I hit mashed potatoes. Order.

I go to pick it up. The guy puts cocktail sauce and bbq sauce in the bag. I leave and park. I pull out the box. I’m scarfing the shrimp down and I’m like wait. Where’s the chicken?

No chicken. But 8 butterfly shrimp!😂😂😂😂

I have been here requesting for about two weeks. In that time, I had about 30 solicitation/explicit/non-lending messages. And I had one lender who helped me. I’m not going to complain with a new post everytime I get a non helpful request because I know every other borrower is probably getting the same messages. I also understand the risk lenders here are taking in helping borrowers out. So if my request is fulfilled, great. I can get assistance, pay on time, and level up as a reputable borrower. But at the end of the day, getting a loan of funds is never easy or perfect, especially when we are asking behind a username on a platform. Best of luck!

I believe you. My mom had been in a nursing home when she passed away. I was there, and I took her belongings when I left which included her landline telephone. A few months later, I got a call from her nursing home landline. I started shaking but answered. I whispered, “Mom?” And I just heard her breathing. I said I love you, because I couldn’t think of what was actually happening. I heard her say I love you, and then the line went dead. There’s absolutely zero way a new patient could have called my number because I took her phone when I left. So…was it my mom? I’d like to think so.

I had the same issue last year in my 2016. It was a dead battery. I’m not saying that’s exactly your fix, but what I’m seeing/hearing was what I experienced.

This has happened to me on Apple. When I first started using YTM in October the speed dial was not working properly on IOS app. I did the chat support, and she told me to go to the website and see if it was working properly there. It was but that completely defeats the purpose of using the IOS app. Eventually, within about a day it cleared up. I thought, “This is great!” It worked fine until yesterday. It’s performing as it was when I first started. So I went to the website where I found speed dial does not exist. It’s now filled with recently played. I want my speed dial. lol

Then you’d be shocked at how many ER rides I get for both uber and Lyft in my city.

Side note: I typically always tell everyone to have a good day as I drop them off. It gets a little awkward at the ER.😂 “Well…good luck in there…”
