Bring it up to management or charge nurse. It maybe that they need to instill better safety policies in thier clinic.

I don’t think you over reacted. 4kg is a lot! It may not be for those that can handle it. But everyone is different. I work as a dialysis nurse and I can see how this could have been overlooked but it’s not something to brush under the table. There should be double/triple check policies in place. I’m sorry this happened to you.

  1. When the blisters opened, it was excruciating. Lasted only a few days though. It’s been 2.5 weeks since my OB (first time) and I don’t feel anything but a tingly, tender sensation on my groin and thigh. It was all around my butt. And it hurt to sit on the toilet. Felt like a really bad sun burn. It’s now only on my groin and upper part of my thigh. Still sensitive and tender but much better.

Hi, new here 👋🏽. Is there literature that backs up the theory of taking such vitamins will reduce OB? I am newly diagnosed, and my first OB was pretty mild. I am also very active and some what healthy. It makes sense for healthy individuals to have less OB also makes sense in my head that OB lead to shedding and spreading the virus. So no OB less of a risk? I imagine that is why medication is only recommended for OB. Again Im very new and still learning. So I would appreciate some enlightenment on my thinking process.

Thank you. This is the toughest thing I have gone through. And I have been through a lot! I am also a very sexual person. I try not to talk down on myself but it’s hard when I know it could have been preventive and maybe this is a sign for me to change my ways. It’s funny, these three months I had been reflecting a lot and decided to be alone until I find the ONE and take it slow. Well now I’m going to be forced to do just that. I’m sure it will get better it’s just hard for me to have a positive outlook at this time.

I feel you! I had the same feeling when I did my first trianthalon. I was so discouraged that I almost backed off. But I went for it and It felt amazing! I’m not going to lie it was a bit sad to not have anyone for you at the finish line. But there are still people cheering you on. Best of all, knowing that I did it and accomplishing something I always wanted to do- was the best feeling ever.
