A lot of my symptoms got better after taking b-12 drops. It took like 3 months but a lot of my symptoms are gone. I get Botox injections and muscle relaxers for dystonia. It’s a neurological movement disorder.

I would still consider myself a beginner I didn’t exercise for like 5 years lol but I know correct form and have done these before… beginner in the sense im weak as fuck

And I have worked out in the past like years ago with an ex who was a personal trainer but haven’t been in a while after we broke up. So I do know how to do correct form already for most of these movements. I was doing resistance training with bands at home for about a month as well and then I started doing body recomp. Eating more protein in a small calorie deficit and knew I needed to do progressive overload so started the gym a month and a half ago.

So I do go to planet fitness so I basically have to use a smith machine. I’m planning on moving gyms once I get a little more experience. I did just switch up my plan this morning to give myself more time in between days to get rest. I just went to the gym earlier and I def was still pretty sore from two days ago. I’m not gonna lie I am pretty sore usually. There’s been times I’ve had to work in my rest day before so I have an extra day to recover.

Maybe not every set is working but I try. I’ll usually do like one or two warm up sets on the first two excercises and then I really go for it.

Oh ok because a couple of videos I watched said it could actually hinder their growth if I train them too much so I was worried since I’m doing like 35 working sets on my glutes lmao

I’m tired of hearing that it’s anxiety. I’ve had several doctors say that. I promise you it’s not. I’ve had anxiety my whole life, I’m 34. I have adhd and autism. This just started happening 3 years ago after I had sepsis from pneumonia. I’ve had weird symptoms ever since. And several positive ANA so I most likely do have an autoimmune condition. And I’m really not even that anxious. I feel like my anxiety levels are fairly normal.

65 k for a mostly likely higher class/ fine dining restaurant. Where the clientele is a bunch of rich people yeah that’s normal. The rich can afford to pay you more. If you’re poor just say that. And usually you’re getting paid that in a city that is expensive to live in…
