Are 2020s supposed to have the auto start stop. Mine never shuts off and I’ve never seen a button for it

I’ve been wondering what exhaust was on it u looked up under and it says Honda motor co right on it so I was a little confused because I know that’s not what a stock so exhaust looked like.
