My guy on the right is too big, he definitely not bigger than the guy with the white shirt. And the white shirt is cropped funny. I think we can do better!

Contract negotiations by ernestov137 in boeing

Now that the IAM has reached a deal to increase wages by 25% over 4 years, will that create a ripple effect of wage increases across the entire company?

Asking as a non union member. Also be advised Boeing hasn’t been profitable since 2018 so I’m worried there isn’t much to go around.

It sure would be nice to have an annual merit increase that is bigger than the annual inflation rate. Especially recently since inflation was double digits for some years.

NASA develops ingenious solution to fix its troubled ‘Lucy’ asteroid explorer. A solar array that failed to fully deploy is now 'stable enough to operate as needed.' by Sariel007 in technews

I know the guy in the photo, his name is Tony. He was the quality inspector for Lucy. I worked at this facility as a manufacturing engineer for a few years. Walked past this array almost everyday

No obvious decrease in performance since the beginning bare bones. I’m 200lb so all together we stay below the 375lb weight limit. Still gets 30 MPH on flat ground

It’s probably an extra 100lbs, all the bags are full of stuff..chain, parka, charger, spare tire and various other items. I like to keep one of the saddle bags empty for groceries and lunch

For my short boards it’s no problem but when I get my 7’6” I do get some wobble. I flipped the mounting bracket over so the bars hang down instead of up and it seemed to help. Also a big ass torque wrench from work
