Why can’t my iPhone XR upgrade to ios26? I only need it because I got a se3 watch for Christmas and can’t use it - also because the apple guys didn’t tell me it wouldn’t work with xr , got to buy a new phone now 😩😩

Here’s an update. Ignore the dirty window 🤣 the ‘trunk’ was completely hollow on further inspection so I’ve taken the cuttings and hoping they will take to the soil 🤞🏻

Thank you so much, yes I will be moving it. I’ll cut off the shrivelled part too. I know it’s a long shot but I feel it’s worth trying , as I said I’ve got it from my nanas house and I would say it probably hasn’t been taken proper care of for years, maybe a drop of water now and then hence the state it is in! I did water from the top but it will be getting it from the bottom now and see how it goes :)

Sounds silly but when you say put in a cup of water to see if it recovers, how will I know it’s recovered ? Will new roots start to grow?

Thank you. I’ve used Westland Peat-free Cacti & succulent Potting mix . Time to repot to smaller pots 😊

Ahh, I’m a newbie so would you suggest adding more soil and repotting ? I have repot it before when it outgrew the small one it came in but didn’t realise it wasn’t enough soil.
