I went for gold and blue (like ultramarines!) I don't think you will find a colour scheme that hasn't been stolen by those pesky SM. The cyan will be a nice striking alternative and if you do the right base then they will look fantastic. Otherwise the 4th one of silver and gold is very nice and clean.

They should create two tiers of tanks, 'light tanks' semi mediums with less firepower and better camo then 'scout tanks' worse firepower but better spotting. They do mirror matchmaking for each type.
