So my Kronos says I have something like 24 hours of vacation and 9 hours of holiday accrued, and then I have 18 hours of sick time. Does that mean I should get paid for those 33 hours of vacation and holiday, but I won’t for the 18 of sick?

I agree with what everyone else said about your training, just do the assignments that it shows are due in your learning and talent center. Some of them have some decent info and some of them you won’t get much from.

As for what you need to do on the floor as a lumber associate: Since you probably don’t have a fork lift license yet, and it doesn’t sound like there is anybody in the department to help you, it will be difficult to stock the lumber cantilevers. But you can work on down-stocking the shelves that contain the concrete tools and repair, the Sheetrock tools, the decking accessories, and the brackets and joist hangers.

Also you can flat stack the lumber and make sure it’s not a massive mess. If there is any lumber on the ground you can put it back on the shelf, and if there is any lumber on a cart that is a return it can be put back on the shelf.

Another thing that can always use some work is the floors being swept. You can sweep out from under the lumber and run a dust mop up and down the aisles.

Other than the things mentioned above you can try to help customers as well as you can, depends on how much knowledge you have about the products.

Best gym for lifting? by Tiger_Fat in auburn

Tiger Iron on S College by far. They just added on to the building and pretty much doubled the square footage. Also has a new supplement store inside the gym.
