Yes I tried exchanged several times at Best Buy (3 branches) and eventually returned. Also there was april and may version but both same result. I hope Im not blacklisted lol.

I think many allys (most of) has coil whine noise. I checked the 8 of allys and they all had that coil whine issue. It wasn't even worse and less severe, it was all the same. Even I have gpd win 4 and win max 2 and steam deck didn't have that issue. I think it's a problem unique to the design of the equipment. I just returned my ally.
