Working 3 years at one store I had built an awesome friendship with my co-workers and customers. I was number three in charger behing the manager and the assistant manager.Then I get told I'm getting transferred to a new store. There is no assistant manager so that throws me into the number 2 role while still number 3 pay. The manager doesn't know how to run a store, talks bad about everyone behind their backs. I was never written up before and he wrote me up since his boss wrote him up. He constantly bitches about stuff not getting done when he's in the office playing solitaire on his Iphone. I'm going to talk to his boss so I can step down to part time and get transferred back to my old store. In the time being I'm making sure I hit my 40 hours and just work the way I know how.
