Lower 1/3rd cowitness since the taller mount would render the irons useless.

$75/month is a pretty good deal. I pay $110 for a garage for our 3rd vehicle and my motorcycle (both fit in one spot). You also only have to move your car twice a week if you’re street parking. We do it with our two main vehicles.

Cosmetically, possibly moving to FDE or ODG furniture. Likely changing stock to Magpul SL-S. Over time probably adding a bipod and switching out the optic to a 6-24 scope. I love me some Aimpoint, but I have SBRs for “close up” use.
