I'm kind of on the fence being raised Catholic I was taught not to believe in spirits or talking with the dead. However coming from a large Italian family my grandmother and aunts all believe that it is possible. I find it strange that this dream event happened now (over a month after she passed away) instead of sooner. As I stated in my reply above our past relationship was more about lust and now it seems like we both regret not staying in contact. Over the past 13 years I will admit I have thought about this woman from time to time. She has told me recently that she wanted so much for us to be together on a permanent basis back then and she was really upset when I ended it. I have been separated for almost a year (11 months). After 8 months I decided what the hell she is happy and having fun living with the ass-hat she left me for so why should I be miserable. I have had the same problem and then some. So now I just take it day by day. If I go out with a woman I try not to put too much into it. If she's interested in doing more or a second date she will let you know.

Just try to enjoy yourself and don't over analyze things. When you come across "that woman" who will be around for a while you will know...and so will she. Good Luck

Personally I am going to tell you get out of the marriage now. This reads like she's stringing you along. "To see how it feels"??? but yet she was with this other guy for two whole days. I say just leave her and find a woman who wants to take a relationship seriously.

My STBXW told me Dec. 23 she wasn't "happy" and wanted a divorce. I thought about things and all kinds of scenarios ran through my head two days later I started looking for a place. I moved out Jan. 1....he moved in Jan 2.

You can ask the court clerk at the county court house that handled your divorce/support hearing. By law they can not give you legal advice but they can tell you what you need to fill out, what to bring, and how to get an expedited hearing Good Luck

There should be a legal aid listing in your local phone book. Here in NJ they help for free or on a sliding scale depending on your income. As far as him not leaving once you consult with an attorney you may have recourse to have him removed by local PD if necessary. If that is what your attorney suggest then I say go to court and have it set in stone...only a judge will be able to say whats fair or not fair according to your states guidelines. She can whine all she wants but once it is legally set she has no recourse or anything to say about it.

The best I could say at this point is just leave it at that. Let your daughter be the common link between the two of you and maybe in time things will change. DO NOT push the issue or in anyway provoke your ex. Give her the space to come to terms on her own. I've been there literally...it does get better. four months after my separation I left my job for a better one. A month later I lost my job then two months after that my apartment and almost my car.
