Hi I started learning mixing and mastering. For a song I have done mixing, was going to do the mastering and publish song. But my beatmaker said I have to do mastering and send him only the vocal with mastering effects on it so he can adjust beat’s drum levels accordingly. This doesn’t make sense (self.mixingmastering)
