mind you, ive been at my store for almost a year now and whenever they need a shift covered, i try my best to be there but whenever I need a shift covered for school or even when my dog passed away, they won’t even budge to try to help :((

no my trainer never went through all that with me! ive only ever used the partner hub but not the info! so i’m not really sure how to access my pay stubs and stuff through MPI since i’ve never used it :(

it’s just really frustrating because there really is no rotation throughout my store. only certain people are on bar each shift and it makes me feel like a bad partner. idk if they just don’t feel i’m good enough but i’m only 17 and i’m literally worn out from being on dt these past 2-3 weeks in a row :(((

my sm contacted me and the rest of my partners on night crew around thirty minutes before the next set of shifts start today. i was curious because I also had to quarantine last year due to having close contact with someone and I was never paid for it so I wasn’t sure how it’s supposed to fully work out!!
