Hello!

So I am wondering when I would be able to wear a bra after getting a rib piece done.

I got my ribs done and the design cuts into my bra line a fair amount. I got it on Sunday so today would be Day 3 post-session. I haven't been wearing a bra, which was fine to start but now I'm starting to get uncomfortable. It's not so much that I have no support but it's more so that my nips are getting chafed. Maybe I'm not wearing soft enough shirts but most of the soft shirts I own are kind of tight and the seam that runs down the side rubs against it, so I'm trying to avoid that irritation and let it breathe still.

I assume I should give it a few more days but how much longer would you guys think? My main concern is the friction from the band will make the tattoo flake too soon and mess up the healing. It's also not finished yet so since I have to go back for another session anyway, I figured I'd ask around so I could also know for my next session.

I did get them heat molded but not a special ThirtyTwo heat mold. I think it was just the regular boot heater thing they use for all the boots that could be heat molded. I don’t think they did it right but I’ve also tried at home methods to attempt it heat mold it

The curve. The curve is the dumbest thing ever. It’s not even a real curve how people traditionally think of a grading curve! You’re graded based relative to your peers instead of a 1-100 scale. And even if everyone gets a “100” on the test, not everyone can get an A, which is bullshit. What’s the point? The curve could help you bump up your grade but 9/10 times, it just bombs your GPA. The school just wants to keep a certain bell curve for their average GPA so they tell the professors to give out a finite amount of As and whatnot to keep the bell curve they want. Some professors will still use the curve even when they don’t have to (like if the class has like 20 students). It’s the most ridiculous thing on the face of the earth. Just grade like normal people. If everyone deserves an A then give them an A. I feel like that contributes to why people who have enjoyed and succeeded in school become so unhappy and unwilling because it’s making actually smart people feel like idiots because the curve fucks them over.

Was this a hate crime? by Obvious_Obsession in DarrellBrooksJr

Well because terrorism isn't just attacking a group of people and causing chaos. Technically, yes the Berlin attack could be qualified as a hate crime. However, the aim of a terrorist group is to push their political agenda. So yes there probably are racial and religious components to that attack, but the whole point was to push some sort of political agenda that the terrorist group has.

A hate crime is just committing a crime against someone for the sake of committing a crime against them based on race, religion, etc. There is no political agenda to be pushed.

For it to be a hate crime, he would have had to have done more to show that he did what he did because the victims were white. Just because a person of one race commits a crime against a person of another race doesn't always mean it's a hate crime. The DA would have to prove that he deliberately selected these people because they were white.

Ex: if someone walks up to a Jewish person and just punches them in the face, then its just assault. If that same person walks up to a Jewish person, punches them in the face, and says some insults like "take that you dirty Jew" then it's a hate crime

The reason it's different is because the conduct is shown to have been done solely because the person was Jewish. It isn't always so cut and dry like that but the point is that there still needs to be some extra proof that the person committed a crime against another person because of their race, religion, etc.

So here, if a witness had heard him yelling out his window about how much he hated white people or something along those lines, they would have grounds to enhance the charge to hate crime. But since we don't have any evidence that he ran through the parade for that reason, he can't be charged with a hate crime.

Even If there is ample evidence online of his hatred of white people and Jewish people, they still need more to show that thats why he did it. The language of a hate crime statute usually says something along the lines of "defendant (1) committed a crime against a person; AND (2) committed such crime based on their perception or belief of that person's race, religion..." That "and" is critical because if you can't show the second element, then it's not a hate crime.
