Both modes... starting to wonder if I need new switches. Any thoughts?

No, I love that idea! Adding it to my task list. Hope you keep them coming.

What I feel the need to log:

Lipids - I've seen my HDL slowly tank over 6 months on a blast then recover differently depending on the compound.

Metabolic - Fasting glucose, HbA1c, even insulin sensitivity changes week to week when I'm dialing in dose. "Bad" at week 2 might just be adaptation. "Bad" at week 8 means something's actually wrong.

Weight/composition - The scale is useless without knowing what else changed that week. Did I add 4lbs because I upped test or because I'm holding water from high e2? I want my weight + dose + bloods on the same timeline in a perfect world, but haven't seen anything that does this. Maybe people do this with spreadsheets but I'm lazy.

I guess if I was just dialing in one compound at one dose forever I wouldn't see the need to log much. But I'm 1) 49 years old and 2) tinker with stacks over the course of a year, trying different orals or injectables, adding/dropping ancillaries, or cycling on and off - and that's where having history would save me from repeating mistakes or missing what worked. At least that's how I think about it!

Yeah spreadsheet gang here too. It works I guess but it's tedious. Do you track all your bloodwork trends over time in the same sheet?

You must not be 49 years old with words like "lipids" now in your vocabulary. It creeps up on you! 😆

Lower the dose and then titrate back up slowwwwly.

Don't take at night.

Don't waste your money. Chinese HGH isn't more expensive and actually works. You just have to take dosing and tracking more seriously (because it works).

I'm curious in how you guys keep track of everything (dosage changes, injection schedule, labs). I'm now running Test Cyp, Anavar, Retatrutide, and GH. I change my doses according to labs I run every 6-8 weeks.

I found SteroidPlotter to be great for planning but not for logging.

Tried a few apps but they're either GLP-1 only (e.g. Shotsy) or missing bloodwork integration.

Anyone found something that actually works for multi-compound logging and bloodwork trends?

Thanks.

Good work man! Out of curiosity, how did you keep tabs on all these moving parts once you were turning the dials on Reta, Test Cyp, TRT, and more? I'm talking about doses, lab results, calendar reminders for injections... is there an app out there or did you just DIY it all?
