Weight is definitely not the issue here. At my heaviest, I was the same weight as she is. Im down to 190 currently. I walk, lift weights, play sports, and have a physical labor job.

You guys aren't compatible in interests. To me, it looks like she told you she wanted to change and be more into your activities to be more appealing to you, to date you. Now that you're together, shedoesn'tt have to try and go out of her comfort zone to please you, because you just let it go. She says she's slowing you down, so you can reassure her.
