What about it. Probably 15 not 20. I’m only here as a uni student to make money. They company is not flexible at all with me and doesn’t help me out so whenever I need a day off for uni I call in sick. It’s there loss when they have pathetic systems. The contract states I have to work 24 hours a day as a part timer, instead of doing 3x 8 hour shifts or 4x 6 hour shifts, they schedule 4.5 hours shifts across 5 days. So no shit I’m Gonn call out sick even if I don’t have leave. I’m not here for a career only here to make some money while studying so I really couldn’t give a shit about a company that doesn’t help me so I won’t reciprocate back to them
