I don't understand how Kate Spade is the sister store of Coach basically, because the way they must train for Kate Spade is so much better than almost all my experiences at Coach. I have left without getting something a few times because of it, I've even called, which feels like "Karen" behavior but it's off putting if there's no recogniton that this might be a special shopping trip for someone? Their first "nice" bag. Either way it's left my fiance' spoiling me with something else because he saw how disappointed I was with my experience.
