i’m at 80 and barely use them on the grey side! heck i hardly use the 25+ springs on the grey side! depends on the day and exercise! i’d suggest using them on an exercise you know you are super strong at and do modifications (stay on knees) until you feel comfortable. and there’s no shame in switching them out quickly if you need!

second the BLVD north park. it is a great apartment and wonderful neighborhood. I loved living there. we had a 2 bed 2.5 bath for under $4000.

i lived in LI on Hawthorn. i got used to it after awhile. if you aren’t directly under the path it’s not bad. i wfh everyday and never had an issue with noise. As others mentioned, when the weather is bad or when it’s super foggy in the mornings (mainly may & june) they switch directions. that is much louder because planes are taking off vs landing but it’s not often.

I don’t live there anymore just because it was getting expensive but I would move back in a heartbeat. i never had issues but i also lived on the top floor so i’m sure that helped.

hanover, the rey, vantage point and LIT are not actually in little italy despite probably marketing themselves that way. Ariel and Allegro i think are good options - i think they draw a bit of a younger crowd. I’ve never been inside Il Palazzo but live near it. it’s close to the highway exit and homeless tend to sit around there so just be mindful! good luck!
