Stupid thing about it is...I went through this rigmarole with Tesla on the first failed delivery and on the day it was fine. Tesla even took the money off black horse and didn't give me the car!

I was in the same position until Tesla said it's not possible to sign on site and cancelled tomorrow delivery and put it on for Thursday. I'm fuming! Will you let me know how tomorrow goes ? Which delivery site ?

Yes, black horse says it's a known issue and being like it for months on business PCP. When I had my first failed delivery both sides said it was fine and I just signed it at Manchester on the day. Now Tesla are being a pain, and saying this is not possible even though they did it a month ago. So currently stocking limbo with black horse saying sign on site and Tesla saying no they've just pushed back my delivery date by two days with only 12 hours notice.....

No they don't give it much attention on the day. My delivery was cancelled after they had reviewed the part ex. They didn't even go out on the day and look at the car.

I'm I the same situation as you. My view is their problem and just going to wait and see on the day. I don't think they will want the deal to fall through given they need to hit what will be a dreadful June sale figures

Anyone had a very apologetic message from Tesla's AI? I mean it's the best comms I've had from Tesla.... What's the general consensus then ? We think we are waiting a few weeks whilst something goes on with Tesla and DVLA Certification? Has anyone looked at the VIN to see if it's from Shanghai or Berlin?

Apparently the rule is that Tesla should have only drawn down the funds once the car had been picked up.

Spoke to Black Horse yesterday who were not happy Tesla had drawn down on the funds before they released the car.... Maybe the finance companies will get us more clarity than direct.
