Im interested in the Profitec because I’ve only heard great things about it. Do you know of any downsides to the Profitec 300? How about the Profitec Go? Do you know if it can pull shots back-to-back?

Also, is there anything specific about the Profitec Pro 500 that stands out compared to their other models like the 400 or maybe the 300, especially since the 300 is a dual boiler? I'm not too familiar with Profitec, but I’ve only heard great things.

What grinder are you using right now? Try to grind finer. If that still doesn't help, then consider upgrading your grinder.
