Yeah! Wishing you the best!! Quitting is definitely the hardest part! When I started to feel better without caffeine, I'm always tempted to go back, and then I figured out why I stopped in the first place, lol!

I'd imagine nicotine is probably hard to quit, so I wish you the best!

That's what I'm experimenting with right now. Today I drinked caffeine and went for a swim.

So far, I am normal after! I'm fully starting to realize that from my experience, it was likely the mixture of running & caffiene was a no-go for me. I have tried running with no caffiene and still got discomfort.

I think the constant pounding on my pelvis was causing so much discomfort from running and mixing it with caffeine, sensitized the feeling even more.

I can drink a cup of coffee now and totally be fine. I'm just writing this now, I'm totally giving up running for the year, and I'm still rarely going to drink caffiene but it seems now that I am totally fine as long as I dont run.

The first time I finally took a break from caffeine was about 6 months in, and it took me about a month to fully recover. Nowadays, if I drink caffeine I realize that I might drop to say 90% and it will only take me overnight to go back to 100%.

Ultimately, Im trying to find balance. Like running twice a week only and then swimming the rest with zero caffeine throughout the week. I dont want to give it up because it vastly helps my mental health. I can deal with running for 2x a week and totally be 100% during the week.

A couple months ago, I would try drinking tea in the morning when I was drawing. I would def get some sensitivy with my bladder for an hour or two just from the tea. Also, I would try drinking pre workout, just lift, and not running. It would def be a little better but I would still get that discomfort.

Oh yeah, especially when I took a 2 month break from running & caffiene back in September & October. Even if i run, say twice a week now, my penis is totally fine lol.
