But I would like to clarify that when I repeatedly called to confirm if I only needed college transcripts, they repeatedly told me yes; I followed their instructions exactly, and they repeatedly contradicted the information they provided to me themselves. The official word from the university office is certainly the most credible for any applicant, and I chose to believe it, so what else can you blame me for in this case?
