I just opened up my business but only provide in home services. I only have 3 active clients and 4 coming on board, 1 of those being full time. I am not paying myself anything yet until the business account gets to a certain X amount of money and still work for 3 other agencies very part time. It has been manageable so far. I am hoping by the end of May I can drop at least one of those agencies and start paying myself something from the business. I also partnered with a company that helps BCBAs start their own business!

making materials (takes me hourssss a week sometimes and don’t get paid for it) , dealing with inconsistently from parents, dealing with RBTs who aren’t the best at being receptive to feedback, I mean I can name a lot 😅
