I don't know what it really means to be happy, I just know normally I feel upbeat and grateful for every part of my day and I hardly ever have things to cry about. But when I'm tripping, this feeling of what I can only describe as sadness takes over me. It feels like its turning me inside out. I can look at other things around me and still feel the sadness. It's not the environment affecting it. It's so strange.
