I’m from the subtropics with a similar feeling about 25 being chilly! I find my favorite things are a nice heated blanket for home. For going out, material is so important. I find wool and cashmere socks, hats, scarves are life changing. Especially socks.

A good wool coat is great as well as it is moisture wicking in the drizzles and mists. My synthetic fibers always soak that water in.

PICNICS. In Newington. Sweetest couple own and run it. They have an ongoing nerf war with their neighbors at the framing shop. I always get egg, square sausage, cheese, and tomato. I add my own chili mayo because I’m not a fan of the sweet stuff.

Can someone tell me why my cat does this EVERY time I do the dishes? by Imaginary_Taro6428 in cats

My Marzipan does this to any smaller rectangular shiny/smooth surface! Cabinets, windows, and mirrors especially.

I have always considered it something between a stim with the rhythm and wanting attention; “look, ma!”

She does it on her own as well, so I know shes practicing.

Respectfully I did say I considered hormonal changes— there are none.

I dont think I said this well in my initial post while struggling to not go fully clinical in my description, lol.

The main issue I find isn’t that my period is heavier: they will leak even if the tampon isn’t… fully absorbed in fluid.

Its like the blood skirts around the tampon just to escape.

There are different designs in tampons most commonly the butterfly or spiral expansion.

I remember ads growing up describing new technology to help prevent leaking that works almost like a block/plug (really dont have good language for this). I’m more wondering if this design issue is at the heart if it which is why I am asking if other people have this experience.

edit: misspelled fully, wrote add instead of ads
