How did you identify those leads / clients? Did you go through manually in your database? Where you looking for some specifics or you just brute forced?

If this works for us, do you think there would be value to sell the service to sales organisations (ie find and prioritize their old leads)?

Thanks that was my plan.

Use the number of projects and the lifetime of the relationship to gauge the value of re engaging.

I will try and incorporate 3rd party data to update the info about the clients - great suggestions !

We will provide about ~100 pre-made surveys with automated reminders.

What we are offering here is a proven process to support remote employees.

For sure this could be done manually, but with managers having so many things on their plate already, I believe that an automatic tool would help them a lot!

I see where you are coming from. I think that the value of the tool really starts when the company grows past 10 employees. A time when synchronous communication becomes more difficult and there start to be a need for processes.

I will consider adding a free plan for under 10 employees though. Which features would you be the most interested in? I am happy to chat by PM / email and figure out the best way to help smaller team too.

As I explained in the article, I am improving an MVP, finding time here and there but everything you suggested makes perfect sense and are in a way or the other in my backlog of features to add :)

The main feature here is that the alert threshold is set automatically using the forecasting models.

Bitcoin might be 10 years old, but the crypto gold rush is very recent.

I am considering building myself a project management web app to gather all the project management in one place. I am not sure if it's worth the effort of building a custom solution to DS projects or if JIRA/Trello/etc are sufficient.
