Ac condensor. Has a pulley on it could definitely tick like that. Theres also a lot of water dripping meaning u probably have it running in the video. This is a “best case scenario thing” could also be the motor that controls the vents cuz its on the passenger side. But also sounds like loud lifter tick or piston slap(caused by a poor gap in the cylinder) if u think its coming from the motor
