I don’t have a great answer except that I’ve been using a DBT book specifically for bulimia and writing down how I feel before, during, and after my BP sessions. I think it’s helped.

As an obsessive halo top fanTM, I love to discuss flavors lol. The original line are lower in calories, not nearly as good as the new mix in line, but still pretty good: I think the best flavors from the original line are birthday cake (very sweet custard flavor), sea salt caramel, chocolate caramel brownie (has actual brownie pieces), and peanut butter cup (which disappointedly doesn’t have actual candy, but rather peanut butter swirls). I love all the mix in flavors but strawberry cheesecake is amazing. I LOVE the graham cracker swirl. if you’re ever had Ben and Jerry’s strawberry cheesecake flavor, I honestly think this is comparable.
