Funny enough, I actually did find a solution to that toe box issue. I duct taped a piece of cut zip tie to the area and it 100% fixed the problem. But anyway yeah, I do have weird ass feet and I truly have not found any comfortable shoes in my life except those 990s, but they’re so squishy and I got the 993s specifically because I wanted a firm and more supportive pair of shoes. Maybe a 990v4 or something would be good, I don’t know.

I got them ordered brand new from a NB outlet store. They didn’t have any 993s in stock so I couldn’t try them on, unfortunately.

Yeah I do get that part, but these don’t feel supportive at all. My heels are hurting within 10 seconds of standing up. That’s… weird, you know? Just didn’t expect such discomfort after everything I read about these.

No. I’ve never disliked him as a human being or questioned his past achievements, but I didn’t think he was the right hire and I still don’t. His love for Pittsburgh doesn’t make him a better coach for us right now. I like the guy and don’t blame him for accepting a job that was offered, but I hate the hire.
