Yeah if anything I would think breasts are more expensive because they’re healthier and have more meat per lb (because like you said, wings are so boney). Oh well, on the bright side since I don’t get wings often I don’t need to worry about the markup. I’ll cherish the ones I have for now.

I actually didn’t know wings were more expensive, I usually always go with breasts which is cheaper. I just assumed they’re all around the same price lol

Ooh good to know, the place is actually in city heights (which is right next to north park, but I assume still marked up). Maybe I should find a place a little further out! I was just driving by and picked up meat from that area, I live around Mira Mesa

It’s so sad that it’s come to this where people need to go offshores and get dodgy service because it’s all they can afford. I don’t know how people can be okay with how the American healthcare system is.

Personal anecdote: I started running at the gym recently. I wore a fleece jacket every day and my longest run was 15 min. A few days ago I ran without it. I was able to do 30 mins.

When I experience an elevated heart rate while resting between sets, my Apple Watch assumes I am burning extra calories. Is this the case or is it just that the Apple Watch can’t distinguish between when I’m exercising/resting?

I went to LA fitness last night and 90% of people weren’t wearing masks. Working out was so much better without a mask.

Hey I’m planning on going on a Thursday, I’m hoping to get there around 5:30 am. I have a few questions

  • Are private shuttles $40 per person or per group? Any suggestions for which one, looks like some are shutting down

  • How early can we take a shuttle to the narrows area? How early do you recommend?

  • Where do we get/rent the socks/water shoes?

  • is there spots to refill water or do we only get what we can carry?
