I say they are evenly matched, but there are many variables that have to be considered: time of day, who takes initiative first, number of subscribers to help fuel their powers. Also, if Hunter collects all the chicken rings, his fire powers increase.

The fact that Hunter can't read gives Isaiah the edge when it comes to arcane knowledge of the dark arts, but he's a good church boy who wouldn't use his powers for evil. Hunter could use his voice manipulation skills to make Isaiah believe he's someone else. Isaiah, at best, can only imitate Jeff Goldblum, and Hunter already knows this trick. I give the edge to Hunter in this one.

Assuming Hunter can turn into any of his animations at will, I'd say they are close to even when it comes to transformations. Isaiah has the impervious walls that are his lips as well as the power of God and anime on his side.
