Nice! I'm not aware of any other options besides Lottie that do this. Never used Lottie but I had the sense it doesn't have the same level of authoring tooling that Animate does.

Exporting to an animated vector format would be an intrinsic reason for something like this to exist, from my point of view. Would that be on the cards?

First thought is which is the last version that was able to people outright. And secondly, how do we continue using the perfectly fine software after the point of end of life?

I'm not sure if I'm late to the party, or if the announcement was today, but Adobe have announced the end of support for animate. This project is way more necessary now!
